Bootcamp Class Descriptions

Tabata Training

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training.

Through a variety of simple yet intense exercises, each class will blast calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.

Whether your goal is to tone muscle, lose weight or both, this upbeat class is what you're looking for.

Turbo Charged Circuits

A circuit class is a gripping hour of calorie burning and full body strength.

Imagine a turbocharged workout routine that mixes cardio and strength training. You're in and out of the gym in 60 minutes.

In circuit training, you cycle through 5 - 10 stations of fun, challenging exercises that target different muscle groups with minimal rest in between.

Knockout Bootcamp

Knockout Bootcamp is a rugged workout that will improve your overall strength and stamina.

No two classes are ever the same. Each class consists of different sports drills, weight exercises, jump rope patterns, boxing routines, bodyweight circuits, and interval training.
